Inopacan, Philippines - 2022/2023

With your support, we were able to support the Tinago National High School (TNHS)! Located Inopacan, Leyte in the Philippines TNHS consists of 750 students from Grades 7 to 12. This March we were able to donate a 55" TV to be used by a grade 7 class! For class notes and lectures, they would only use a small laptop at the front of the class causing many students to have a difficult time within the learning environment. With this TV, the students are excited to finally be able to learn better! In addition to the TV, we were also able to provide TNHS with 40 calculators and feed all of their students and staff. The calculators will be held by the school and loaned out to students who aren't able to purchase their own. Each class was also given a set budget from Bags of Hope Project, and as a part of their home economics class, they got to choose a dish and learned to cook to help feed the entire school. We are so grateful for all of the support and donations we received for our Tinago project, and we are glad to be able to support these students!
